Here’s the scoop on working with us!
1. Connect via Video Chat!
We kick things off with a friendly video chat to connect, where we get to know each other and discuss the details of your big day, and answer any questions you may have. This helps us understand your personalities, the theme, and any special moments you’d like to prioritize.
2. Let’s make it official!
After our initial video call, if you and your other half decide we’re the perfect fit to work together, it’ll be time to make it official! All you need to do is decide on your package, and from there, I’ll send you your contract, invoice, and payment schedule all able to be completed online!
Once your 30% retainer is paid, your date will be saved and the fun will begin!
3. Planning and consultation
We’ll work with you and your planner to create a photo and video timeline that aligns seamlessly with your day. From the first look to the final farewell, we help make sure everything flows smoothly while capturing all the moments in between.
4. The Wedding Day!
Hooray!!! It’s here! The day of your wedding goes by in an instant. We want to make sure it’s the most fun and stress free day possible, for not just you- but your family and friends. We arrive 30 minutes before our scheduled start time so we can meet your family and friends, get to know them, and scope out the lay of the land. Max will begin with photographing your details, and Cath will be with your groom and groomsmen! Our absolute favorite part of the day is bride and groom portraits, so we’ll ensure we have plenty of time for this! It’s our job to capture all the traditional moments, and in between moments so that you can look back on moments you may not have even realized were happening to relive your incredible day.
5. Your Gallery
After the wedding day, a sneak peek of 30 to 60 images will be provided within 1 to 2 weeks after the wedding. The complete set of final images will be available for delivery within 8 to 10 weeks. From this gallery, you will be able to share your images with friends and family, download to your computer, share to social media and order prints.
